To receive a quote, we request:
- Completed and signed motorsports special event application
- Liquor liability application (if license and sales are controlled by you, the insured)
- 3 year loss history from present insurance provider
- Experience of insured and team if new event
- Site diagram showing spectator, barrier protection and pit areas. Please include the distances between areas.
- Photographs if possible
- Schedule of events (actual or proposed)
- Rules and regulations
- Copies of contracts where you have assumed the liability of others
